Probably should add account recovery(for tf2items) to this faq as well. Also hotlinking this thread on the tf2items trading page may help reduce the increments of threads involving trading. If you are up for the hotlinking itself that is.

Also suggest making the "Forums" link on tf2items.com pages point to the root of the forums, rather than this subforum (maybe put this subforum at the top of the list, though).

I'd like to suggest a reword of one of your questions:
Q. How does the item cap work?
A. On any given week, you may receive anywhere between 6 and 8 items, and the item cap is reset Wednesdays at 5:00PM PST.
