It was obvious. I spectated him myself. He probably also had wall hacks, but the auto-aim was enough for me.
If you want specifics, he would pull out his sniper minigun and shoot people. His view would bounce around so he would hit every shot and when he wasn't careful he would quickly switch between targets. Very careless cheater.
